Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us (kate@creativeartstherapy.nz) within 7 days of receiving your product with photos of your concerns. Provided that the product is in original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging, we can either exchange it, replace it, provide store credit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Refunds are only used when the product has been broken or is faulty. Otherwise, exchanges and store credits are provided.
All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Terms of Service
Creative Arts Therapy may be referred to as "We" or "Us". As used herein, "Customer" and "You" shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
Acceptance of Terms
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
Custom Orders
We do offer custom orders of some of the brands we stock by arrangement. All custom orders are final sales.
Shipping
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.
New Zealand Shipping
We use NZ Post for all orders throughout New Zealand and Australia, a track and trace service. The shipping cost when you add your order to the cart and at the checkout.
We dispatch all orders (except for custom orders) within 1-2 business days, subject to availability. Delivery is 3-5 business days throughout New Zealand.
If, for any reason, you have damaged goods upon arrival, please email us photos as soon as you can of the damage so we can assess how to rectify the situation.
International Shipping
We do ship to international customers. If you are having any difficulty choosing your shipping option or trouble at the checkout, please email to let us know, and we'd love to help you out.If the item has been returned to sender by fault of us, we will take responsibility by either re-sending it or refunding the item and shipping at our expense. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival of international order will be the customer's responsibility.
